Tom Laboda

Tom Laboda has over 30 years of experience in engineering and business development roles. Tom started their career at Ford Motor Co. as a Process Engineer from 1988 to 1991. Tom then joined Rehau as a Group Manager in the automotive industry until 1996. From 1996 to 2000, they worked at Summit Polymers as an Account Manager. Laboda then moved to Solutia, where they served as a Market Development Manager from 2000 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for the growth of laminated glass in the transportation market and led product development teams.
