Sudha Menon

Sudha Menon has over 15 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. Sudha began their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Freddie Mac, where they worked on the SUMMIT accounting system. In 2008, they moved to Tribune Interactive as a Manager SDET, where they increased test automation and introduced a consistent Enterprise Continuous Integration service. In 2014, they joined Rewards Network as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead. In 2015, they moved to Rally Health as a Software Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for the "MyUHC" user portal. In 2021, they joined Optum Digital as a Director Software Engineering, where they oversaw four engineering teams and owned the delivery roadmap for the dashboard and onboarding teams. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Waltz Health as Senior Director of Architecture and Data.

Sudha Menon completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1995 and 2000. Sudha then went on to complete their Master's in Computer Science from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY between 2000 and 2002. Most recently, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2017 and 2019.
