Piccolo Swamy has over 20 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis. They currently hold the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Wana Brands, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Perfect Day as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2021 to 2022, where they managed FP&A for multiple CPG brands, developed financial models and packages, and drove forecasting and planning processes.
Before joining Perfect Day, Piccolo Swamy worked at Citi for eight years as a Sr. Manager, Business Analysis. Their responsibilities included leveraging BI tools and Excel to develop models, analyzing KPIs and trends, managing a team, and analyzing data to project financial impacts.
Earlier in their career, Piccolo Swamy worked as a Financial Analysis Consultant for various industries, including global telecom, BPO outsourcing, and restaurants. They developed pricing and forecasting models for telecom companies, created dynamic forecasting tools for BPO outsourcing, and provided financial planning and analysis services for restaurant chains.
They also held positions such as Director of Finance at Armstrong Development Properties and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Outback Steakhouse, where they led financial analysis and planning, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and implemented business intelligence tools.
Piccolo Swamy's experience also includes working as a Decision Support/Financial Analysis & Planning Manager at Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, where they played a critical role in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing business intelligence tools.
Piccolo Swamy completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Purdue University between 1984 and 1988. Piccolo later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing at Penn State University from 1992 to 1994.
