Volker Hollmichel is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and business development across various global markets. As Co-Founder and CEO of Wandel since 2023, Volker previously served as Central Operations Lead for both Central Europe and Germany at Tesla, where key achievements included professionalizing operations and enhancing team productivity. Prior roles include Head of Strategy & Planning for EMEA, APAC, and LATAM at Uber, where Volker significantly increased market share and established business intelligence strategies. As Co-CEO of Minodes, Volker led the company through a successful exit to Telefónica Germany and previously held senior management positions in companies like Meltwater and CEB.
