Rita Valois

Rita Valois is an accomplished technology and business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Acting Head of IT at BKV Corporation, Rita also contributes as a Board Director for both Wander + Ivy and Grüvi, providing strategic guidance to emerging businesses in the premium organic wine and non-alcoholic beverage sectors. Previous positions include Senior Business Advisor for a Private Equity firm, Head of IT for Abbott Nutrition Products Division, Global CIO at Treasury Wine Estates, and Principal at Deloitte's Consulting Practice. Rita holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Operations Management from the Weatherhead School of Management, along with participation in the Women's Leadership Foundation's Corporate Boardbound Program.
