Valor Lea is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing within both corporate and legal environments. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Marketing + Operations, and Chief Of Staff at Wander + Ivy since May 2021, Valor previously worked as a Legal Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Valor also possesses entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & Designer of Rocslide and has held various roles in marketing, including internships at Comcast NBCUniversal and Elizabeth Arden. Valor holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California.
