Brandi Patrice Smith

Brandi Patrice Smith, PhD, is an experienced Business Analyst at Wanderly, where responsibilities include creating needs assessments for the Arkansas Department of Health’s lead-based paint project and overseeing the automation of reporting elevated blood lead level data. Prior experience spans roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Prevention Effectiveness Fellow and Data Scientist, focusing on natural language processing and public health data analysis. Additional roles include Epidemiologist/Health Scientist, Graduate Research Assistant, and Data Analyst in various academic and research settings. Brandi holds a PhD in Informatics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Science in Mathematics from Mississippi State University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting, Business Analytics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
