Austin Cope

Austin Cope has had a varied career in the real estate industry. In 2016, they were Co-CEO and Director of Operations/Finance at WANDRD. From 2010 to 2016, they were employed at Sundance Bay, where they held three roles. As Asset and Development Manager, they managed a portfolio of multifamily assets valued over $85 million and oversaw $34 million in renovations to the multifamily assets. As Area Manager, they oversaw business development and operations in Las Vegas, St Louis, Kansas City, and Indianapolis. Lastly, they were an Asset Manager.

Austin Cope attended Brigham Young University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained an Undergrad degree in Business and Japanese. Prior to that, they attended UVU from 2004 to 2005 and obtained an Associates degree in Science.
