Henry Crider has over 20 years of experience in IT management and leadership roles. Henry began their career at Heritage Home Group LLC, where they served as an IT Network Manager for eight years. During this time, they directed support staff, ensured efficient operations of data centers, and implemented continuous improvement objectives.

In 2006, Henry joined GKN Driveline as an IT Manager Americas. Henry successfully guided a team of 10 direct reports and had budget responsibility. Henry directed IT operations at six North American manufacturing locations, implementing virtualized data centers, network infrastructure, and cloud-based SAP ERP systems.

In 2019, Henry joined Centric Brands as a Senior Project Manager, leading project management activities related to their divestiture from a privately held parent company to a public enterprise. Their primary focus was on separating and building out Active Directory, NetApp server storage, VMWare, SCCM, and other collaboration infrastructure components.

In 2020, Henry moved to 3A Composites as the Director of Information Technology. Henry was responsible for all IT operations at three manufacturing facilities and one US corporate office. Henry led systems improvements, decreased operating costs, upgraded security systems, and modernized the IT environment. Henry also guided ongoing changes, such as EDI implementation, network and phone system upgrades, and integrating PowerBI into business functions.

In 2021, Henry joined Wanzl North America as the Director of Information Technology. Shortly after, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Information Technology in 2022.

Henry Crider holds a Master's degree in Business and HR from Wayne State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Business, and Economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Henry also has several additional certifications including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy, Scrum Fundamentals from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum, ISO/TS 16949 Auditor Training from PQI Consultant, ITIL certification from EXIN, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Catawba Valley Community College.
