Gopal Garuda

Gopal Garuda is a co-founder and partner at Gramercy Capital Group, LLC since January 2014 and serves as co-founder and senior advisor at Wapanda since January 2021. Gopal was an advisor and investor at YieldX, contributing as a seed investor prior to the company's acquisition by FNZ in January 2023. Previously, Gopal held the position of managing director and co-head of technology investment banking at Citadel Investment Group from September 2009 to September 2013, where responsibilities included developing the Silicon Valley office and technology banking capabilities. Gopal also held the role of managing director at Merrill Lynch from October 1998 to April 2009. Gopal Garuda completed a Master of Arts in Statistics and an A.B. summa cum laude in Economics from Harvard University, as well as graduating from Shaker Heights High School in 1994.
