Terence Gray is an experienced ministry leader currently serving as Associate Pastor and Assistant Pastor at Ward Church since August 2021. Previously, Terence held the position of Ordained Teaching Elder at Evangelical Presbyterian Church and was a Church Planter and Youth Pastor at Downtown Church, where the focus was on nurturing a diverse student ministry. Terence also directed the Voice of the City Concert Series, fostering artistic expression in Memphis, and managed youth ministries at One Community Church, coordinating events for a large congregation. Early career experiences include serving as a Case Manager at Cafe Momentum, assisting young men transitioning from juvenile detention, and participating in a pastoral residency at Fellowship Memphis. Terence is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry in Adaptive Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, with prior degrees including a Master’s in Global Ministry from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from The University of Memphis.
