Yushchuk Yulia

Yulia has been working in Leadership Consulting within Ward Howell company since 2009. For 10 years, together with partners of Ward Howell, she has been implementing complex development programs for Russian and foreign companies.

For the last 6 years in collaboration with the INSEAD International Business School and professor Stanislav Shekshnia, Yulia has been implementing an annual complex development program for a major Russian bank.

She also conducts individual and group coaching sessions.

Yulia is a Bachelor of Arts of the Open Arab University (Cairo) and Open University (UK). In 2017-2018 she has completed the joint course of the Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Institute of the practical person psychology “Genesis” with the specialization “Coaching”. Yulia received a diploma in "Professional Coaching" specialization. Yulia took a course in Marshall Goldsmith's method of "Stakeholder Centered Coaching" and training at INSEAD business school on the online program "Design Thinking and Creativity for Business". She also grasp a basic theory of project management, studied in the framework of Deloitte program "Project Management. Modern approaches".
