Alvin Day

Alvin Day is an experienced HGV driver with a career spanning over a decade in the transportation and logistics industry. Beginning as a warehouse and forklift truck driver at Martyn Barratt Transport Limited, Alvin earned an HGV license and subsequently worked for several companies, including Bulk Freight (Midlands) Limited, DPM Haulage Limited, and R. Adams & Sons Ltd, focusing on the delivery of aggregates, coal, and scrap materials. Currently employed at Ward Recycling since March 2016, Alvin transitioned from driving an 8-wheeler tipper to a traffic coordinator role. Alvin's educational background includes attendance at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Ashbourne.
