Natalie Chernyavskaya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Regional Director/Country Manager at Warecorp since February 2022, Natalie oversees daily operations and leads recruitment and training initiatives. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of Hi-Tech Business Hub, Natalie contributes to the growth of startups and businesses. In previous roles, Natalie has held significant positions including Senior Technical Recruiter at Access Softek, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at WorkFusion and Play2Live, and VP of Human Resources at MINTDATA, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting top talent and managing various teams. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from BSPU, Natalie combines a strong educational background with hands-on experience in the technology and recruitment sectors.
