Nadja Herok

Nadja Herok has a diverse range of work experience. Nadja started their career as a Personalentwicklung intern at Magna Automotive Interiors/Electronics in 2006. Following this, they worked at Heraeus Holding GmbH in the Personalwirtschaft role from April 2007 to February 2008. From March 2008 to December 2014, Nadja served as a Managing Consultant at Promerit AG. Nadja then joined --- as an Ehrenamtliche Tätigkeit from January 2015 to August 2015. Since September 2015, Nadja has been actively involved in the human resources field, first as an HR Business Partner at WAREMA Renkhoff SE, and currently as the Head of HR Business Partner.

Nadja Herok received their education at the University of Applied Science Aschaffenburg from 2002 to 2007. Nadja attained a degree in Dipl. Betriebswirtin with a specialization in Wirtschaft und Recht. Additionally, they pursued further education at the Gestalt Institut Frankfurt from 2012 to 2013, obtaining certification as a Management Coach.
