Hiro Kozaka Cavalcanti has extensive experience in strategic roles at various global companies. Hiro started as the Founder, Managing Partner, and Creative Director at Ivox in 2000 before moving to Telecom Italia as a Marketing Manager. Hiro then became the VP of Strategy at MPP Solutions, leading strategic planning for key clients. Following this, at Digitas, they served as a Digital Planner, working on campaigns for top brands. Hiro'scareer progressed to roles at DDB UK as a Planner and then at WCRS as a Digital Strategist. Subsequently, at Samsung Electronics, they were a Senior Digital Strategist, overseeing award-winning campaigns. Later, they joined VCCP as a Senior Strategist, handling accounts like O2 and BMW. Prior to their current role at Wargaming as the Global Head of Strategy for World of Tanks, Hiro served as the Digital Strategy Director at LG Electronics. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in leading data-driven insights and strategic planning across various industries.

Hiro Kozaka Cavalcanti completed a BA Hons. in Graphic Design and Product Design from ESDI - Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial from 1992 to 1996. Afterwards, they pursued a Post-Graduation in Computer Graphics and Multimedia at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 1996 to 1997. Hiro continued their education with an MBA in Business Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 1999 to 2001. Finally, they obtained a Master in Arts with merit in Marketing Management from the University of Westminster from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Hiro Kozaka Cavalcanti holds an Advanced Certificate in Effectiveness from the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising).
