Maria Kuchuk

Maria Kuchuk has held various Human Resources roles throughout their career. Maria started at Amedium as an E-learning Project Manager in 2007 and moved on to work as a Quality Manager and Business Analyst at IBA Group. Maria then worked at Ciklum as a Retention Consultant and Recruitment Consultant. Maria also worked as an HR Manager at Wargaming.net before transitioning to Specific Group as a Client Service Manager. Maria returned to Wargaming, where they held roles such as Senior HR BP, HR Director Special Operations Group, HR Digital Products Director, and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Maria Kuchuk received a Master's Degree in Metrology, Standardization & Certification (Engineer) from BNTU in 2008. Maria also studied Advertising Management at the Academy of Postgraduate Education from 2006 to 2008 and attended a Photo school (Belarusian Designer Union) in 2009-2010 to focus on Photo Art. In addition to their formal education, Maria obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2015 and ICAgile Certification in Agile Fundamentals in 2013.
