Alaka Williams

Alaka Williams serves as Senior Vice President of People & Culture for US Lifestyle Networks at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles at Discovery Inc., Scripps Networks Interactive, Live Nation, Clear Channel Entertainment, and KinderCare Learning Centers, Inc. Since 2015, Alaka has pursued advanced education, including certification in The Birkman Method from Emory University, participation in the WICT Senior Executive Summit at Stanford University, and completion of the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Virginia. Alaka holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from James Madison University.
