Murat Yakici

Murat Yakici is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Warner Bros. Discovery since July 2021, overseeing the Max Android teams. Prior roles include positions as Software Development Manager III focused on Discovery+ and Max Android teams, as well as leadership roles at New Look and Tantalum Corporation, where Murat successfully facilitated mobile development and agile transformations. Murat's background also includes technical team leadership at IG, software engineering at Amazon Development Centre, founding DX Wave Limited for mobile app development, and various roles in mobile systems engineering and research. Murat holds an MSc in Information Systems from Middle East Technical University and has pursued further studies in Computer Science.
