Steve Spector

Steve Spector is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive search within the media and entertainment industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Executive Search at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022, Steve previously held various leadership roles at WarnerMedia from September 2012 to April 2022, including Vice President of Executive Search and Managing Director of Worldwide Recruitment & Executive Search. Prior to that, Steve was a Partner at ML Search, a boutique retained search firm specializing in executive roles across marketing, creative, programming, and general management for clients in media, entertainment, technology, and branding. Steve began the recruitment career as a Recruiter at Robinson Company from 1995 to 2000. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and English from Amherst College, earned between 1984 and 1988.
