Ronnie Donegan

Ronnie Donegan has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being HR Director (EU) at Warner Electric, where they are responsible for driving the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to support business objectives. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Altra Industrial Motion, providing support and administration services to employees. Ronnie also served as a People & Training Advisor at Wm Morrisons Manufacturing and as an HR Manager at Strathmore Foods. Before transitioning into HR, Ronnie worked as an HR Generalist at Roughan & O'Donovan and Irish Dairy Board. Ronnie also has experience as a self-employed individual at Red Rose Cafe and held various HR roles at LloydsPharmacy Ireland and Sunbeam House Services. Ronnie's early career included roles as an HR Consultant and Learning and Development Consultant at WYG Group.

Ronnie Donegan has a diverse education history. In 1990 to 1992, they attended Sheffield City Polytechnic and obtained a HND degree in Business & Finance. After that, in 1993 to 1994, they studied at the University of Bedfordshire, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Apart from their formal education, in October 1994, they became a Chartered Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Recently, in December 2022, Ronnie obtained a microcredential in Agile Leadership and Management from The Open University.
