Edward Burmicz is an experienced data analytics professional with a strong background in the music and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Head of Data Analytics for Warner Music Group since October 2020, Edward has implemented a data science-driven approach to enhance understanding of consumption drivers in the music industry. Previously, Edward held roles as Head of Data & Insight at Atlantic Records UK and Senior Data Product and Innovation Manager at Ocean Infinity, where a team was led in developing impactful data products. Edward's consultancy experience at EY involved creating connected data solutions for improved decision-making, while earlier positions as a Quantitative Data Consultant and Senior Quantitative Analyst at Gardline Geosurvey Limited involved significant contributions to operational risk assessment and machine learning innovations in the wind farm industry. Edward holds a Master of Science in Data Science from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from the University of East Anglia.
