Markus Petersen

Markus Petersen is an accomplished music industry executive with extensive experience in global operations and business development. Currently serving as SVP Global Operations & Business Development for Warner Music Group since October 2013, Markus is responsible for the global performance of Warner Classics. Previous roles include Vice President for EMI Classics in Europe, General Manager at Naxos Deutschland GmbH, and leadership positions at Universal Music Group and PolyGram International. Markus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.
