Tessa finds fulfillment in being a voice for those who don’t have one. She owns her clients’ problems and brings a genuine sensitivity to the challenges they face – making it her mission to champion their cause. With creative and thoughtful determination, Tessa is often able to solve “unsolvable” issues that others may find too arduous.
She received her law degree magna cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law, where she was the associate editor of the Michigan State International Law Review. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and women’s and gender studies summa cum laude from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. She was also a judicial law clerk for Judge Patrick M. Meter, Michigan Court of Appeals.
