David Mundy has held a variety of roles in the technology and customer service industries. In 2012, they began working as a Senior Project Engineer and Developer at WARP Technologies Ltd. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Customer Services Advisor at The AA, where they dealt with queries from both driving instructors and pupils. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they were a Sales Manager at Student Essentials Ltd. Before that, from 2004 to 2006, they were a Store Manager at Granville Technology.
David Mundy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Systems from Cardiff Metropolitan University between 2009 and 2012. David later obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019.
