Kaleigh Flatt

Kaleigh Flatt has extensive experience in marketing, public relations, and communications. Kaleigh has held positions at various organizations, including Warren Averett, LLC, where they served as the Director of Practice Growth, responsible for maintaining the company's brand position and developing marketing plans. Prior to that, they worked as a Search & Social Manager at Big City Marketing, managing internet marketing strategies for clients. Kaleigh also served as the Public Information Manager at the Alabama Department of Senior Services, where they managed media and education programs. Kaleigh has experience in membership recruitment and event planning as the Membership Director at the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce. Kaleigh also worked as the Manager of Public Relations and Marketing at the Atlanta Union Mission and as a Public Affairs Specialist at the Alabama Association of Realtors. Kaleigh has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Alabama State University, mentoring and instructing students in public relations. Earlier in their career, they worked as an independent consultant, providing PR and marketing services to political candidates, and held positions at Montgomery Open MRI and InnerFit Physical Therapy, where they provided administrative support and assisted with patient care.

Kaleigh Flatt holds a Master's Degree in Public Relations and Advertising from The University of Alabama, which they completed from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre/Theater from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, from 1999 to 2002. Kaleigh completed their high school education at Pelham High School from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained a certification from Montgomery Women for Good through Grapevine in 2022.
