Scarlette Rios is an experienced product development and sourcing professional with a proven track record in the apparel and accessories industry. Currently serving as Product Development Manager and previously as Product Developer at Warren James since June 2021, Scarlette specializes in creating a wide variety of products for creator-backed brands. Prior experience at New Era Cap from February 2007 to October 2020 includes roles as Global Sourcing and Production Manager, Sourcing Assistant Manager, Sourcing Coordinator, Production Coordinator, and Assistant Production Coordinator. During tenure at New Era, Scarlette successfully managed product development for major brands, achieving notable hit rates on SKU development while collaborating closely with global teams to ensure quality and timely production.
