Elliott Gular is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in human resources and sales. Currently serving as Recruiter III at OuterBox since April 2022, Elliott previously held the position of Senior Regional Recruiting Manager at Prime Communications, where responsibilities included pre-planning staffing needs and enhancing company visibility in the employment marketplace.
