Karen Turner

Karen Turner is the Head of Service Intermediate Care at Warrington Borough Council since January 2021. Prior to this role, Karen was the Enhanced Service Manager - SEND Transformation Lead at Wigan Council from July 2014 to January 2021. Before Wigan Council, Karen worked as the Enhanced Service Manager Adult Social Care at Bury Council from May 2010 to July 2014. Karen holds a Bsc Psychology (hons) from The Manchester Metropolitan University, graduated in 1995.
