Agnieszka Surowicz

Agnieszka Surowicz is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience at GSK since July 2013, serving in multiple VP HR roles focused on Global Product Strategy Groups, Global Medical Affairs, R&D, and Tech and Digital sectors. Prior to GSK, Agnieszka held leadership positions at ING and Cadbury plc., and contributed to the Global Commercial ERP Programme in various capacities. In addition to corporate roles, Agnieszka has been a faculty member at the Warsaw School of Economics since 2001, teaching courses on career management, coaching, and crisis management. Agnieszka's educational background includes multiple coaching certifications, leadership training, and a postgraduate course in negotiations, underscoring a strong commitment to professional development in HR and coaching.
