Richard Hales

Richard Hales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as a Director at Charles Peters Ltd since April 2009, Richard leads a team specializing in Sales, IT, Marketing, Recruitment, and Financial roles. Elected to represent Kenilworth Abbey & Arden at Warwick District Council in May 2019, Richard has previously held significant positions such as Cabinet Holder for Transformation & Finance and Deputy Leader. As a Town Councillor for Kenilworth from May 2015 to May 2019, Richard focused on community engagement and fostering connections between local schools and businesses. Additionally, Richard chaired the Kenilworth Chamber of Trade from July 2013 to July 2016, where initiatives such as a successful Business Fair and a rebranding campaign significantly increased membership.
