Simon Hodges

Simon Hodges is an experienced compliance manager currently overseeing Asset Compliance and Asset Data Management at Warwick District Council since November 2014. With a strong background in project management and a PRINCE2 certification, Simon has successfully managed significant projects such as the 100% Stock Condition Survey targeting WDC's housing stock. Prior to their current role, Simon held several positions within the recruitment and training sector, including Operations Director at Selection Matters and Regional Employment Manager at Pearson plc. Simon is also a Board Trustee for Way Ahead Support Services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Leeds Beckett University and a Foundation in Art & Design from Loughborough College.
