Steve Crowe

Steve Crowe is an experienced project manager currently working at Warwick Mechanical Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Steve served as the Guatemala Country Director for Engineers Without Borders USA, where efforts focused on addressing community infrastructure needs for vulnerable populations in Guatemala from May 2016 to August 2022. Steve co-founded Hiteca, acting as General Manager between December 2012 and December 2016, successfully implementing micro-hydro systems and electrifying over 1,000 households. Earlier experience includes founding Alterna as Director of Technology and co-founder, overseeing operations at Appropriate Infrastructure Development Group as Guatemala Director, and roles in solar consulting and auto mechanics. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University, earned between 1999 and 2004.
