Joyce Smith

Joyce enjoys the opportunity of organizing schedules, and as the Field Supervisor, she is responsible for managing the Field Technician team and dispatching technicians to customers' sites as needed. When Joyce is not filling the dispatch responsibilities, she assists with a variety of administrative duties such as Human Resources and holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Her greatest badge of honor that she holds is that of wife, mother of five successful children, and grandma to 16 beautiful grandchildren.
