Spencer Ferguson

In 2002, Spencer Ferguson founded Wasatch I.T., which serves the technology needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Through the Great Recession, he transformed the company from a “Value- Added Reseller” to a “Managed Services Provider.” The company is now the I.T. department for over 500 organizations and is Utah’s largest locally owned outsourced I.T. firm. Wasatch I.T. has won numerous accolades throughout its history, including four consecutive “Inc. 5000” and “Utah 100” awards, and “Microsoft Partner of the Year.” Mr. Ferguson was named to Utah Business magazine’s “Forty under 40” at the age of 29 and is an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. He is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Council and is active in numerous community organizations including the Salt Lake Rotary Club.
