Lily Rozita Mohd Khairi

Lily Rozita Mohd Khairi is an experienced professional with a strong background in ethics, compliance, and legal matters within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad and on the Board of Directors at WASCO Bhd, Lily has previously held key roles at Shell from 1996 to October 2024, including Ethics and Compliance Officer where responsibilities included global compliance oversight and strengthening organizational ethics. Other significant positions at Shell included leading a team of 30 legal professionals as Head of Legal in Malaysia and acting as Senior Counsel, focusing on a variety of oil and gas contracts. Early career experience includes recruitment at Shell Malaysia Trading. Lily holds an LLB in Law from Cardiff University and a Diploma in Human Resources from the Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management.
