Chastity Pennington

Program Administrator For Corrections Education at Washington Community and Technical Colleges

Chastity Pennington is currently serving as a Program Administrator for Corrections Education at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, a role held since March 2024. In addition, Chastity has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Centralia College since April 2016, focusing on College & Career Success education. Past experience includes serving as Community Impact Director at the United Way of Lewis County, where leadership and community outreach initiatives were emphasized, and as a DEI Consultant, developing training programs to promote inclusivity. Coaching high school varsity volleyball at Winlock Senior High School and coordinating the I-Best Program at Lower Columbia College are part of Chastity's diverse background. Previous positions also include administrative roles at Clark College. Chastity holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Management from Centralia College and has academic experience at Duke University.
