Mark de Guzman

Mark de Guzman is a skilled developer with extensive experience in building, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft application systems. Currently employed at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges since December 2017, Mark has demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex technical issues, optimizing SQL statements, and collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure stable and secure multi-instance hosting environments. Previously, Mark worked at Central Washington University from September 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included designing application portal interfaces and developing a student degree planning system using Bootstrap and JavaScript. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Central Washington University and an Associate Degree in Science with a focus on Computer Science from Skagit Valley College.
