Chiyo Kobayashi

Chiyo Kobayashi is the owner of Washington CORE, a global research and consulting firm established in September 1995. Previously, Chiyo served as a consultant at GE from January 1983 to June 1985, where involvement included work on a joint venture with a Japanese company in the Robotics Department. Chiyo holds two Master’s Degrees in International Business from the University of Virginia, complemented by education at West Virginia University and Tsuda College.
