Joy Pound

Joy Pound possesses a diverse professional background with significant experience in administrative roles, insurance, and education. Currently serving as an Administrative Specialist II at Washington County Sheriff's Office since April 2017, Joy has also worked as a Substitute Teacher at EMS SubDesk LLC, where responsibilities included managing attendance, assisting nurses, and supporting teachers. Prior experience includes working as an Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance and a Rural Carrier for the United States Postal Service, where Joy managed extensive mail deliveries. At Nationwide Insurance, Joy excelled as a Senior Licensing Consultant, processing license applications for over 100 agents across 40 states. Joy holds an educational background from Warner Pacific University and Mount Hood Community College, alongside academic honors from Faith Bible High School.
