Dwayne Lloyd, CEM, EIT has a strong background in facilities management, project management, and process improvement. Dwayne has held various roles at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), including Senior Director of Facilities Maintenance, Director of Office of Plant Maintenance, Assistant Director of Office of Plant Maintenance, Superintendent of Office of Elevators and Escalators, and Manager of Special Projects. In these positions, they demonstrated strategic and technical leadership, focusing on areas such as safety, planning, reliability, program/project management, and financial acumen. In addition to their degrees, Dwayne has obtained certifications including EIT from the Maryland Board of Professional Engineers, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
