Maurice Blue is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and diversity recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Diversity Recruitment Manager at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) since September 2012. In this role, Maurice manages a team focused on military and diversity hiring initiatives, develops innovative talent acquisition programs, and analyzes recruitment performance measures to enhance processes.
