Omkar Vandara

Omkar Vandara, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Capital Markets at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) since August 2022. Prior to this role, Omkar held the position of Vice President, Portfolio Strategy and Analytics at PNC from October 2014. Omkar's extensive experience includes serving as a Financial Officer at The World Bank from February 2010 to July 2014 and as a Manager at Ally Bank from June 2007 to February 2010.
