Penny Crawley

Penny Crawley, MBA, CPPB, has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, serving as Procurement Manager for the City of Gaithersburg from October 2021 to November 2023. Prior to that, Penny held the position of Contract Specialist with Fairfax County Government from March 2016 to October 2021 and served as Contract Administrator at Inova Health System from 2000 to 2015. Penny holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from DeVry University, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
