Swapna Gogineni

Swapna Gogineni, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Web Program Manager at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), overseeing multiple teams and managing various IT systems related to MetroAccess, Metro Transit Police, and other operations. Previously, Swapna held the position of Tech Lead at Leidos within the Health Solution Group, where support was provided for the Health Resources and Services Administration's data warehouse and related projects. Other notable roles include GIS/.Net Application Developer at SAIC, Software Developer at EarthSoft, and Co-Founder/Technical Director at SLS Solutions. Swapna’s early career began with positions at PacketFront, DynamicCity, Verizon, and Mississippi State University, where significant contributions were made to environmental data management and fiber optic network projects. Swapna earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
