Grant Clare

Grant Clare is an experienced professional in the materials engineering and metallurgical fields, currently serving as Furnace Processing Manager at Washington Mills since February 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing product quality, recycling management, process control, R&D, raw material selection, and furnace operations. Prior to this, Grant held the position of Technical Manager at Washington Mills and worked as Plant Metallurgist at Patriot Forge Co., where focus areas included ASME/ASTM standards, metallurgical issue resolution, and process improvement.
