Brad Herson

Brad Herson has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Brad started their career in 2013 as a Ticket Office Operations Intern at the Washington Redskins, where they assisted with various ticketing tasks and event support. In 2012, they worked as a Sales & Fan Services Representative and Box Office Ticket Seller for the Baltimore Orioles, where they provided excellent customer service and maintained record sales of premium seats. Brad also gained experience as a Co-Director/Media Manager at Talk the Red - Ball Hogs Radio Network, where they managed press appearances, recruited special guests, and provided live social media updates during Washington Capitals games. Brad served as an Account Executive and Membership Activation Specialist at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, where they focused on upselling and cross-selling memberships and ticket packages. Brad also worked as a Client Relations Specialist at Bloomberg BNA, assisting with client account migration and outreach. Brad joined the Washington Nationals in 2019 as an Account Executive and later became a Senior Account Executive, specializing in membership services. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Brad Herson began their education at Gaithersburg High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2003 to 2007. Brad then attended Salisbury University from 2007 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period. In 2011, Brad enrolled at Wor-Wic Community College for business transfer studies, however, no degree was attained during this year. Finally, they attended Towson University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management and Business Administration.
