Jim Divita

Jim DiVita is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in market development and applications business management within the plastics and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Market Development Engineer at Washington Penn since April 2021, Jim focuses on custom solutions for polypropylene and polyethylene compounds. Previous roles include Applications Business Development Manager at Korean Engineering Plastics Co, Ltd, and Engineering Professional at iMFLUX, where Jim managed numerous engineering projects and developed high-performance control solutions. Jim's background also includes positions as R&D Process and Design Engineer at Celanese, Process Engineering Manager at International Automotive Components, and engineer roles at Visteon and Ford Motor Company. Jim holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Industrial Technology and Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
