Kyle Mottola

Kyle Mottola is a Product Development Engineer with extensive experience in polymer systems and project management. Currently employed at Washington Penn since December 2023, Kyle focuses on understanding the impact of tie molecule counts on polymer properties and exploring cold-temperature performance related to extrusion conditions. Previously, Kyle contributed to Audia Elastomers and Washington Penn, finalizing multiple business projects with substantial material volume. Earlier roles included maintaining A2LA and UL accreditation in a mechanical lab, providing academic support as a Career Peer Mentor at the University of Dayton, and completing internships within Washington Penn's mechanical testing and process engineering teams. Kyle holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, following a high school diploma from Peters Township High School.
