Josh Keene

Josh Keene is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Since July 2003, Josh has served as the Senior Vice President - Asset Manager at Washington Holdings, overseeing the firm’s multifamily portfolio. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Commercial Property Manager at Kidder Mathews from 2002 to 2003 and at Martin Smith Inc. from 1997 to 2002, where responsibilities included both property management and investment analysis. Josh holds a BS in Finance, Management, and Psychology from the University of Oregon, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1994, and also attended UC Irvine from 1989 to 1992.
